Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally billed for access to the platform. Refunds may be reviewed case by case for accidental duplicate payments or service access issues.

Message top-ups
Prepaid message balances cover usage-based sending costs. Used message balance is not refundable.

Provider costs
Third-party messaging or payment provider fees may be non-refundable once incurred.

Requests
Refund requests should include company name, invoice reference, payment date, and reason for review.
