Service use
NEXABOT provides WhatsApp automation software for business operations. Customers are responsible for using the service lawfully and following Meta WhatsApp Business policies.

Accounts
Customers must keep account credentials secure, invite only authorized users, and notify NEXABOT if they believe account access has been compromised.

Acceptable use
Customers may not use NEXABOT for spam, fraud, unlawful messaging, harassment, or content that violates recipient consent or platform rules.

Service changes
NEXABOT may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
